| My controller is stuck with the blue and orange lights flashing alternately. |
Download the Firmware Update Utility (above), close any other open programs and run the Utility program. It should find the controller and ask to "force program mode", click Yes to accept.
If the above has not worked, manually select "GWDMX" from the drop-down box and click Update Now. This will force an update to the latest firmware.
If it is still wot working correctly, please contact support. |

Download the Firmware Update Utility (above), run the program on a PC with an internet connection.
Connect the controller to an available USB socket, the update utility should detect the controller and report it's firmware version and the lates version available to download.
Click the "Update Now" button, the latest firmware will be downloaded and flashed onto the controller. |
